Welcome to Pathway to Healing Clinic! The process of healing is a very individual and unique experience for each person. The path that is taken by one human being to deal with one health issue may not be the same path taken by another dealing with the same health concern.
My role as a health care provider of natural medicine is to assist and guide you along your unique path to obtain optimal wellbeing in a lasting way. Together, using a multidisciplinary approach to mind body medicine, we work as a team to gain an understanding and discover what is at the core of how you may become ill and what keeps you well. This empowering discovery allows you to regain your balance and to take responsibility for your health.
When our path is always flowing forward we can experience healing as a distinctive learning experience that varies as our life circumstances change. We find we are more flexible, tolerant, patient and loving toward those around us as we begin to feel better and better. Guiding you to meet your health care goals and assisting you to live the healthiest life possible, enables you to put your energy and effort into more rewarding life experiences, such as discovering and fulfilling your purpose for being here. Practitioner Bio
Dorise Sweetnam graduated with a combined degree in biology-psychology, which focused on researching antioxidants and psychoneuro-immunology, and she has applied this scientific background to her studies in complimentary medicine.
Dorise practices Auricular Medicine (advanced level IV), Botanical medicine, Classical Homeopathy as a Master Practitioner, Clinical nutrition, Electro-Acupuncture according to Voll (EAV) measurement and food intolerance assessment, Essence combination, NES, Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Sound, light, colour therapy.
She is a member of the Examining Board of Natural Medicine Practitioners - North America, Ontario Homeopathic Association, Canadian Society of Homeopathy, the International Association of Auricular and Bioenergetic Medicine, and the Ontario Herbalist Association.
Assistance Required
As many of you know, I am constantly learning and studying to be as up to date as possible on new methodology and products of therapeutic efficacy. I have recently added another level of HNLP to my training, another tool in my tool box to assist you to maintain optimal health. This new training is in another level of Conversational hypnotherapy and I am looking for practice cases, either in person or telephone consults, at an introductory base fee of $25.00 for one consult relating to this technique only. Any other consults are billed at the going rate of 100.00 per hour.
